This notice explains how PITCHTOSHIP (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, Panch M Corp, Tola, V.C. Lane, Muzaffarpur, Bihar 842002, India, handles data in connection with CutCtx.

Local-first processing

CutCtx processes prompts, tool outputs, and responses in your environment as part of the proxy workflow. Its core compression function does not require a CutCtx-hosted prompt analytics service.

Local storage and retention

Retrieval state, audit records, and identity or organisation metadata may be stored in customer-managed local storage according to your deployment configuration. You control your environment and applicable retention settings.

Upstream providers

CutCtx forwards requests to the LLM provider and endpoint you configure. Those providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies. CutCtx is intended to reduce context overhead; it does not change the provider you select.

Commercial account data

PitchToShip and its payment providers process the account, billing, invoice, licence, and support information necessary to sell and support commercial subscriptions. We do not place payment-card data in CutCtx software or source code.
