Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CutCtx software and any related commercial subscription or support service.

Seller and product

CutCtx is a product of PITCHTOSHIP (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, with its registered business address at Panch M Corp, Tola, V.C. Lane, Muzaffarpur, Bihar 842002, India (“PitchToShip,” “we,” “us”). Payments, invoices, licensing, and customer account management are provided by PitchToShip.

Open-source and commercial components

The open-core components are available under their applicable open-source licence. Commercial modules, support, and subscription entitlements are licensed, not sold, for the subscribed term and subject to these Terms.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through PitchToShip. You may cancel before renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Enterprise terms are governed by the applicable signed order form or agreement.

Refunds

The first self-service paid purchase is eligible for a refund request within 14 days of payment under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Renewals, partial billing periods, custom work, and Enterprise commitments are not refundable except where required by applicable law or a signed agreement.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, circumvent licence or entitlement controls, share credentials with unauthorised parties, resell proprietary commercial components without permission, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Data handling

CutCtx is designed for local-first deployment. Review the Privacy Notice for details of processing, storage, telemetry, and upstream-provider data flow.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as permitted by applicable law without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitchToShip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Its total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
