Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to self-service CutCtx purchases sold by PITCHTOSHIP (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, Panch M Corp, Tola, V.C. Lane, Muzaffarpur, Bihar 842002, India.

14-day first-purchase guarantee

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first self-service paid CutCtx purchase. Email hello@aoexl.com from the purchasing account and include the invoice or order reference. If approved, the refund is returned using the original payment method where possible.

Renewals and partial periods

Subscription renewals, partial billing periods, add-ons, custom work, and fees for already-completed services are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel a self-service subscription before its next renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and preserves access through the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

Enterprise and negotiated agreements

Enterprise subscriptions, pilots, professional services, and other negotiated purchases are governed by their signed order form or agreement, which takes precedence over this policy where it conflicts.
